A webisode is an simple episode on the web. It is normanlly short and around 3 mins long. Some can be longer it just depends who is creating it. It is called Internet Television. You can download or stream them it just depends on how the creator wishes to show it to people.

A webisode series that has returned for a second series is EastEnders E20, but this time it is watchable on TV. It can be viewed on BBC3 and it can also still be viewed online on the website. It is a popular show and that is why it is on TV. People would prefer to watch it on the TV as it is a bigger screen and it is a better experience, than just watching it on a small video screen on your computer.

My opinion of webisode's:

Fan made webisodes are good to be online because they are created to a very good standard. I think that creating fan made webisodes and posting them online is a powerful way to get yourself seen. I don't watch any type of webisodes online because i don't have the internet myself. I also don't really interest me as i watch so many tv shows and films, so i have no need of watching them.
