1st Draft Pitch

Synopsis

A girl catches her boyfriend cheating on her, running off upset, she runs out of the doors to the left of the stairs of reception at college. Then she stops outside and turns her head looking for a place to go to. Her attention is drawn to a halloween mask hanging on a tree, as she walks up to it, she sees another mask hanging on another tree and walks up to that one. Then she sees two more hanging side by side on two different trees. She walks to them and stands between the two trees, then she disappears. She then reappears a few minutes later in a red dress and smiles, which reveals two vampire teeth and she is back for revenge. She storks her ex boyfriend, waiting for the right time to make her move to start his life as a vampire. When he goes in a room by his self, she follows him in, then he shouts in fear.

Rationale

We have had many ideas, so we wanted to find out which ideas people liked best. With the ideas that people liked the most, we wanted to combined some of them to try to create a better story line. Our story line will go through a final stage, so that it will have a better outcome (storyline). Combining the most liked ideas with some changes, we hope that it will appeal more to our target audience which is youngsters (16 - 21 yrs.) We feel that we can create our webisode idea and the ideas maybe even change slightly while filming and complications could appear. Each of our synopsis for each of our webisode pitch document will have some different plot ideas as we are still deciding our final storyline. We will sit down and go over our synopsis ideas to create a final version.

Contingency Plans

The main issue that we would face is making the female character disappear when in the woods. It could be a tricky task to pull off but we are sure that we can do it. A way that could make it work is when she is by the trees, we keep the camera running while she walks out of the cameras view, then film a minute without her in the shot, then when it comes to editing we can just cut the part out where she walks out off the cameras view, and hope that it looks like she disappeared, we will also use some effects to make it look more real. If this does not work we will find another way that we can make it work. An alternative plan that we have considered is that if we have problems with our final plot line, we will stick with one of our indeas in our keynote presentation.
