Power, Lighting, Availability,Permissions, Travel Arrangements

Power, Lighting, Availability,Permissions, Travel Arrangements

  • Power

Power will only be needed if the camcorder battery runs out. If so, we can plug in the power pack so that it can charge and run through the mains, so that it does not effect our filming. Plug sockets are all round college and they would be available while we are filming. But this should not be needed.

  • Lighting

Lighting is not really a problem in our video. When filming the scenes in college, the corridor lights will be on, and if not we will turn them on. When filming in the woods, it shall not be as light as it would be inside of college or outside of the woods. This should also not effect us as when we come to editing, we are going to add effects to make it look more realistic.

  • Availability

The corridor location are not free between 8:40am-9:10am, 10:20am-11:00am and 12:10pm-1:10pm as this is when lessons are not on, so all the pupils will around the college and down the corridors and this will make it so difficult to film. We can film whenever we want to in the college grounds as long as it is during college hours as where we will be filming is to the side of college and people are not interested in going round there.

  • Permissions

The permissions to film has been given by our teacher and the teacher has felt that our plan and ideas are suitable and within the health and safety standards.

  • Travel Arrangements

No travel arrangements are needed as we are filming at college. The only traveling is walking between locations, and getting to college in the morning and getting home as normal. If a cast or crew member is stuck in traffic on their way to college, they will text or call another member in the group and we will work on something else until the person arrives at college.
