Today we had a trip to London. Our Meeting point was at the train station in Cambridge for 8:30 am as the train was leaving around 8:50am. Onced we all met up we got on the train to London Liverpool Street. We then got the tube to Sloane Square, then went down Kings Road to get to the Saachi Gally. I like this painting the most...
After looking round the gallery we had our break and during that i looked in some shops and got lunch. Then We met up and got the bus to the London Eye and got off. During the bus jurney i took many photos which included alot of westminister and big ben. We then walked along the themes intill we got to Kate Modern gallery.
Today we was given a task to take a photos of objects in 3 different views. I have not quite done that, I did it with the tree. I have uploaded the photos that i like the most. I have around 80 photos that i took. We spent around 30 minutes doing this.
This photo above is the one that i like the most. I was taken in daylight on a very hot and sunny day. This photo looks like it was taken at night but it was not. It has and Eclipse/Full moon look to it. It was taken in the college grounds under a tree, but the picture tell you alot more, but not correct truth.
Today, we worked in a group to produce a frame by frame re-make of a scene from a film. Each group was frawn randomly from a bag and the choice of sequence was also in a random order so that it would be fair. Me, Charna, Emma, Rob and Christina was in the group. We watched the clip in our groups. As part of the clip involved a locker, Me and Charna then went to the college reception asking to borrow a locker so that we could film our scene. The locker that we was given was down a small corridor and the locker was very small with a very big spider in it, so then we decided not to use the locker. We then gave the key back and went to the sports hall and they let us use a locker, so we had to go back there at 12 O'clock, While me and Charna did this, Rob, Emma and Christina was making the props which was the food and drink. All this was made out of Plasticine, Pins and Card. You can view a photo of this below. The clip involved three characters, 2 men and 1 woman, but our characters were 1 man and 2 woman.
The sequence includes three characters, some with dialogue and some with difficult camera angels and editing. We did not film in any forbidden spaces, due to health and safety regulations.
We started filming in the Canteen as most of the film clip was set in the canteen. Then after our filming in the canteen we went to the sports hall corridor so that we could film the locker scene. We spent the morning doing this, then in the afternoon we edited the footage. You can view the video below.
